Armor and visual improvements

The ship's hull can now have resistance if you pick a coating that offers that bonus.
Armor plates and shield will take a while, since the assets are still missing.

There is now also a background and better visual hit feedback via particle fx.

As per usual, a fixed a few bugs.
And there was some rebalancing for asteroid damage.
