A small request

Well, actually several.
Some of the visitor of your station may now leave request (in the public bay menu).

For now, just a few of the visitors do that, and there are not many of them.
I do plan to further improve and expand this system. But I like to see some feedback about it.
So, you may have to spend some time in the game until you get the first npc request.

The system was not planned at first, and therefore I had to change some things in the game's foundation.
That means you guys have to start the game over.
