After some RL troubles and sickness, I started to work on the project again.

Right now I'm implementing the exploration system.
This is a more passive battle option for those that rather idle. The player can build up an exploration ship and send it into deep space.
It involves battles against different types of enemies, one at the time. There will be new resources that can be gained that way, and the player can discover new locations to explore.

It's a lot of code that need s to be done, and the planned assets take even more time. So it's a bit hard to tell how long it takes to get it done.
In the best case, I will be able to ship a playable build with the new system in a few days. But it could also be 1–2 weeks.

The picture shows a "space tick", for now most enemies will be of organic nature.
