Bug fixes and small adjustments

A few less bugs.
I also made sure that NPC visitors show up a bit more often.
In general, the market should make a bit more money now to make it easier to sell items.
There are also some smaller GUI improvements. Most importantly, the Upgrades in the station show now the descriptions.
