More asteroid types + bug fixes

There are now 5 asteroid types in 4 sizes (just 3 sizes in use), to match the asteroid types from the belts that drones use.
Some bug fixes, including the one that caused lost items if the market was too low on money.
The market should now refuse the deal if he lacks the funds to pay.
